Heike Wagner, a German native living in the US, is a seasoned business executive and Senior Director in SAP’s global Chief Customer Office, leading strategic customer innovation initiatives. Previously, Heike led the Customer Office of SAP’s global Customer First organization. In her 20 years career, Heike held leadership roles in technology and retail companies in Germany and the US and spent more than a decade in management consulting as senior managing consultant at IBM with focus on business process design, procurement and supply chain management and as industry principal at SAP where she developed business strategies and value roadmaps, leading digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients in automotive, industrial manufacturing, High Tech, and Aerospace & Defense industries.
Heike earned a MIT Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and holds an MBA in International Business from the German Graduate School of Management and Law, with research studies at the Tongji University in Shanghai, China. She studied Commerce Management, Marketing and Logistics in Germany and England, UK and holds a diploma from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University where she also serves as adjunct professor and member of the Examination Board.
