Han-Up Park joined the Ph.D. program in 2011. Before joining Temple, Han-Up studied for Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan where he volunteered for pro-bono statistical consulting and taught introductory statistics at the undergraduate level. He served in the combined forces of the US and the Republic of Korea Army and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for service in Civil Affairs. His research interests are in the relation of cost behavior to valuation, earnings forecasts, and financial analysts. His teaching interests are in combining data analytics with accounting topics.
