David Wilk is an assistant professor of finance and director of the real estate program at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He has over 35 years of experience with commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, governmental and institutional real estate projects. He has over 30 years of real estate teaching experience at the University of Delaware, Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University. David is also a management consultant and value creator for public and private enterprises on asset optimization, valuations and market studies, “place-making” economic development, and strategic marketing plans that reimagine underutilized real estate assets and transform urban neighborhoods. He co-innovated Corporate Real Estate Earnings Diagnostic (CREED©), a data analytics platform, with SAP. David has worked in 49 states in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, the Caribbean, Asia and the South Pacific. David has a BSBA from the University of Delaware and an MS in real estate and infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University.
