Biography

David Sorich currently serves as an Instructor in the Management Department at the United States Coast Guard Academy and holds adjunct roles with the University of Connecticut and Manchester Community College. David spent 9 years serving on active duty in the U. S. Navy on the USS Bluefish (SSN-675), the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), and overseas in the United Kingdom. After separation from the navy, David spent over 12 years in various operations and project management roles with Staples Inc.

David is originally from Utah and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993, a DBA from the Fox School of Business, and earned his MBA from the London Business School in 2002.
