Chris Del Guidice founded Aloha Fintech in 2017 and has successfully navigated this boutique consulting firm, especially within the unexpected circumstances which arose in early 2020. Over his vast career, Chris has accumulated a myriad of experience in fintech, digital transformation, risk management, as well as in operations and process improvement. Prior to leading Aloha Fintech, he was the site leader and vice president of service, support and operations for Upgrade, Inc., a leader in the fintech lending space located in downtown Phoenix, Ariz. Chris also held roles as Chief Operations Officer for two fintech startups and as client operations manager at GE Capital for their factoring business (GE Working Capital Solutions). He was also the director of global risk services at Dell Financial Services, where he managed over $6B in finance and lending assets. During his tenure at Dell, he served as head of portfolio migration and led the standup of Dell Bank (a startup bank within Dell), which finances Dell assets across 25 countries. Chris brings more than a decade of experience, having meticulously drawn from various roles at Global Vendor Financial Division of CIT Group, Inc. Chris holds a BS and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.
