Biography

Brad is a Vice President of Operations for Aramark with a focus on the company’s non-traditional retail business. He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, operations and consumer loyalty. Prior to joining Aramark, Brad held leadership roles with two emerging technology firms in the loyalty industry and worked with leading retailers such as Pandora Jewelers, Meineke, Crabtree & Evelyn, Theory, Godiva The Kansas Lottery and New Balance to drive a deeper understanding of their consumer, enhance the customer’s experience and increase engagement. Brad has also served as on the advisory board of Loyalty360.org, an association that helps consumer-facing brands and solution providers share, understand and refine the loyalty marketplace. Brad has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Villanova University and received his master’s degree from Temple University.
