Professional Sales Organization’s (PSO) mission is to help students of all majors develop a core business competency; the ability to influence. PSO provides its members with access to a dozen corporate speakers a semester to learn real world sales and influence that will compliment every major as well as creating a great networking environment for jobs and internships. The corporate speakers along with hands on activities, including videotaped role plays, will improve member’s public speaking, thinking on the spot, and overall confidence and influence when speaking with anyone. These skills are tested twice a year through in-house role play competitions to earn the ability to represent Temple and PSO on the national level at the National Sales Challenge and the National Collegiate Sales Challenge, which are two of the biggest sales competitions and recruitment fairs in the country. PSO is the only organization on campus that will increase your professional skills as well as test your competitive drive.
