Candidates for the Fox Human Resource Management 4+1 program must meet the following guidelines for admission:
- Meet the general 4+1 program admissions criteria.
- Possess 5 – 7 years work experience.
- Complete an interview with faculty and program representatives.

The Fox 4+1 HRM program fits the schedule of a nontraditional undergraduate student by using elective space to begin the master’s program.

Remaining Master’s Requirements
Because the Master of Science in Human Resource Management features a unique rotating online schedule, specific semesters cannot be provided in advance. Students will be advised when required classes are available and should fill in remaining credit hours with electives.
HRM 5054: Leadership Development (3 credits)—required.
HRM 5131: Ethical Management (3 credits)—required.
Plus 12 credits of 5000-level or higher HRM elective courses.
