Sharon Wilson, Esquire
Sharon Wilson is the Managing Partner of Wilson and Wilson, LLP, a law firm located in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Wilson specializes in Business and Estate law and has extensive experience with drafting Wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, estate planning, preparation of estate tax returns, and dispersing and disposing of estate assets. Ms. Wilson also assesses legal and tax consequences of proposed business transactions.
Additionally, Ms. Wilson is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple University, she teaches business law to senior law students and supervises a clinical business law education program in conjunction with the Temple Small Business Development Center (TUSBDC). Ms. Wilson also councils the TUSBDC on legal matters and provides counsel to entrepreneurs in the TUSBDC Business Incubator.
Ms. Wilson acquired her Master of Taxation Law, Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Temple University.
