Request to send to all audiences except alumni

Ten (10) business days prior to the requested send date is required for all e-blast requests.

Request to send to Fox / STHM alumni

Fifteen (15) business days prior to the requested send date is required for all e-blast requests. Temple University Institutional Advancement provides schools/colleges with pre-selected monthly send dates (two send dates per month) to email their alumni and donor constituents. The dates for 2017-2018 are:

  • August
  • September
  • October
  • November
  • December

The request to send to alumni is subject to approval and not guaranteed based on the number of requests for each pre-selected day. If you have a special request for another date not listed above, contact Cynthia Smith at

Production Schedule

Thank you for your e-communication request. You will receive a production schedule from Cynthia Smith.


During the Proof 1 stage, it is your/your department’s responsibility to test all hyperlinks and proofread all text, (names, titles, etc.) for accuracy. Once the e-communication is approved by you/department – you/department maintain responsibility for accuracy of content.


Email metrics (open rate, click-throughs, etc.) are captured for every e-communication and can be provided upon request.
