American Marketing Association
The Temple University student chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) is one of several student professional chapters at FOX dedicated to enhancing members' professional development, career development information, and professional networking opportunities. TU-AMA offers discussions with professional marketing practitioners, career planning guidance, networking opportunities through club socials, and opportunities to participate in community service or service learning projects.
AMA provides members with opportunities to develop and demonstrate communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. At the 2009 International College Conference the Temple University chapter was presented with a national award for outstanding operations; special recognition of chapter planning, membership building, and member career development activities. The TU AMA website www.temple-ama.org has received recognition as a top student website nationally.
Meetings are held weekly (Fridays at noon); check the plasma screens or the website for the latest information on events and activities.
