Thomas Daymont has been teaching a variety of Human Resource Management courses in the Fox School of Business for over 20 years. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of North Carolina; a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Maryland; and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin. He has conducted extensive research in the areas of human capital, equal employment opportunity, and labor markets. He has published scholarly research in journals such as The Journal of Human Resources, Demography, Social Science Research, Journal of Legal Economics, and Social Science Quarterly. He has consulted with a variety of government organizations, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
