Dr. S. Jay Sklar has been an Assistant Professor at the Fox School of Business since 1973. Dr. Sklar serves as an Arbitrator for the securities industry. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the arbitration panel for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. With Fox School Professor Joseph N. Bongiovanni III, Dr. Sklar wrote Organizing a Company: 25 Keys to Choosing a Business Structure, part of The New York Times’ Pocket MBA Series. Dr. Sklar is a member of the Bar for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. He earned a BA, an MA in History and a JD from Temple University.
