Robert A. Giacalone (Ph.D., 1984, State University of New York-Albany) has served as a consultant to many organizations in the public and private sectors. He is a recognized expert on behavioral business ethics, exit surveying and interviewing, employee sabotage, impression management, and workplace spirituality. Dr. Giacalone is the author of over 100 articles, as well as seven books and edited volumes. He has served on several journal editorial boards and as editor of numerous special journal issues on business ethics, new paradigm thought, and ethics education. Dr. Giacalone’s publications have appeared in the Academy of Management Learning and Education, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and Journal of Organizational Behavior, among others. He is on the editorial board of several journals and is the co-editor of the scholarly book series, Ethics in Practice.
