Dr. Sinha is the author of Reverse Psychology Marketing: The Death of Traditional Marketing and the Rise of the New “Pull” Game (Palgrave-MacMillan 2007). This book provides new insights into the changing nature of marketing and branding strategies that are important to firms in the current economic environment. The book has also been translated into Spanish and Korean editions. He is presently authoring a new book on the implications and consequences of Globalization.
Dr. Sinha has been the Chairman of the Faculty Assembly at the Fox School. He is presently the Temple University representative on the State of PA Textbook Policy Committee. He has previously served on President Hart’s cost saving committee, Provost’s textbook policy committee, and the Huron Steering Committee. Dr. Sinha joined the Fox School in 1996 and was tenured in 2003. His research interests are Globalization, business strategy, and the emerging role of India. He has published in such top-ranking journals as Harvard Business Review, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Psychometrika, and Strategic Management Journal. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Ross School at the University of Michigan. He is often interviewed and quoted on Marketing topics in the national and international press and media. He has received multiple Outstanding Teaching and Student Development awards over his career.
