Dr. Joseph N. Bongiovanni III has been an Associate Professor of Legal Studies at the Fox School of Business for more than 20 years. He primarily instructs Law of Contracts, Law for the Entrepreneur, the Consumer and the Law, and Law in Society. He writes and consults on various aspects of the law, including transactional law.
Currently, Dr. Bongiovanni is working on research in two studies. The first, “Energy Future Trading,” entails work to enable two finance professors to apply a new platform for energy future trading. The second, “Pennsylvania Transactional Guide,” involves the review of myriad changes in the law to be properly reflected in the current supplement of the Pennsylvania Transaction Guide published by LexisNexis, the largest legal publisher in the United States.
Dr. Bongiovanni earned his JD from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University and his BA from Haverford College, where he majored in classical languages and philosophy.
