Diana Breslin Knudsen is the Senior Vice Dean of the Fox School of Business, where she serves as chief financial officer and human resources administrator. She has provided extensive leadership at the Fox School for nearly three decades.

Applying extensive institutional knowledge, Breslin Knudsen is instrumental in advancing the vision and agenda for the Fox School. In her role, she is directly responsible for managing the school’s annual budget, providing administrative oversight of all faculty personnel issues, and ensuring that all programs have the human and financial resources to be successful. She provides valuable leadership for critical functions such as recruitment and retention, and she implements innovations that improve operations in advising, student professional development, and marketing.

She helped to improve student satisfaction by establishing the Fox School’s Office of Enrollment Management and a decentralized Office of Student Financial Services and by helping to establish The Fox School’s Center for Student Professional Development. She also designed and co-taught the first freshman business seminar, founded the Fox School Learning Communities, and helped revitalize student professional organizations, College Council and the Business Honors Program.

In her venerable record of service to the Fox School and Temple University, and in her awareness of the big picture, attention to detail and commitment to change, Breslin Knudsen received the 2000 Musser Award for Excellence in Leadership in Administrative Service.

She earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Temple University.
