Dr. Alexander Stein has held various positions at Siemens Corp., including director of  strategic planning, vice president of marketing and managing director. For the past four  years, he served as an assistant professor of management at Goucher College. His research  interests include customer relationship management, marketing management, business  strategy and international marketing. In 2005, he received two grants from Temple’s Center  for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) for studies that he conducted  with Fox School Marketing and Supply Chain Management faculty Michael F. Smith and  Richard Lancioni. Dr. Stein’s work has appeared in the Journal of Professional Pricing and  Industrial Marketing Management, among others. Dr. Stein received his bachelor’s degree in  commerce, double majoring in marketing and management, from Rider University. He  earned his MBA and PhD with emphases in marketing from the Fox School of Business.
