The Human Capital Analytics Group formed to address organizations’ unmet needs to better understand the talent that comprises their workforce, and how to leverage that talent on individual, team, and enterprise levels to maximize performance and ultimately drive the bottom line. In the era of Big Data, organizations can use innovative data techniques in business analytics to gather information about their talent and business practices. One purpose of the Human Capital Analytics Group will be to support those organizations in gathering data, to provide actionable insights grounded in the latest research. This customized support, coupled with independent research, will help organizations in the Philadelphia region and beyond increase their capacity by making evidence-based decisions to engage and empower their workforce and to achieve organizational goals.
