The majority of CSPD programming is scheduled in the Fall and Spring semesters, however we are happy to accommodate request at any time. How can your organization get involved on campus?
Fall Connection is a networking event to promote your organization and discover a diverse source of talent. Network with Fox MBA and undergraduate students from 13 business majors to fill your full-time and summer internship programs. The Fall Connection is held the third week of September.
Spring connection is a networking event to promote your organization and discover a diverse source of talent. Network with Fox MBA and undergraduate students from 13 business majors to fill your full-time and summer internship programs. The Spring Connection is held the third week of February.
To further encourage the professional development of our undergraduate and graduate students, CSPD coordinates Mock interview on campus in the fall and spring semesters. Students not only get to simulate the interview process, but they identify strengths and areas for improvement based on employer feedback.
Employer Resume Critiques
Completion of a resume critique is part of the four step process a student completes to be “CSPD’d.” The employer resume critique is an opportunity for Fox undergrad and graduate students to meet with an industry partner and receive one-on-one feedback regarding their Fox signature resume.
Recruiter in Residence
The Fox Recruiter-in-Residence program is designed to offer students individual meetings with a representative from a Fox industry partner. These drop-in meetings provide students with an opportunity to gain insight into the job search process across through valuable one-on-one direction and coaching as well as learning about your organization and available job opportunities.
Professional Development Workshop Series
Looking for an opportunity to increase your visibility on campus? Give a one-hour presentation on a variety of professional development topics to help students gain knowledge first hand from the employer’s perspective.
Student Professional Organization (SPO) Speaker Series

The Fox School is committed to empowering our Fox School of Business student leaders. The annual Student Leadership Retreat is designed to provide students with leadership training they can utilize as student leaders but also as leaders in their professional careers. CSPD offers the opportunity for our industry partners to sponsor as well as design and facilitate the retreat agenda and materials.
Posting Jobs & Internships on FoxNet
CSPD will promote, FREE of charge, internships, co-ops or permanent career opportunities to Fox undergraduate and graduate level students in our on-line career management system, FoxNet. We will coordinate resume collection and distribution as your internal company process or hiring regulations dictate. You may post your jobs directly through our online recruitment system, FoxNet. You may also email complete job descriptions, including application process requirements to our Corporate Relations department.
Coordinating Campus Interviews
On-site interview facilities are available during Spring and Fall recruiting seasons on a first-come, first-served basis. CSPD coordinates the employment postings, manages applications and schedules pre-selected candidates for interviews. Our Corporate Relations department will coordinate all aspects of your Fox campus interviews. Please contact us to schedule.
