Full conference registration includes all sessions on Friday, June 2, with breakfast, lunch, and the reception and dinner that evening, as well as all sessions on Saturday, June 3, with breakfast, lunch and the closing wine and cheese reception on Saturday evening.
A one-day corporate registration includes all events and meals on whichever day one registers for.
A guest ticket must be purchased by registrants attending the conference, and is for either the reception and dinner on Friday ($120) and/or the closing reception on Saturday ($50). Guest tickets do not include the symposium sessions.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online on or before May 21st, 2017. To cancel or make a change after that date, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations received in writing on or before May 21 (11:30pm EST) will be refunded, minus a $75 processing fee. After this, no refunds will be granted. All refunds will be made in US dollars and issued to the card used to make the original payment.
