The Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence offers the opportunity of having an evaluation performed of your class during the semester.

The most useful kind of feedback on teaching comes during the early part of the semester when you can still make changes in the class. The Center will assign a team of two students from College Council to perform this evaluation. They will confer with you before the class visit to learn about your educational objectives and methods used to reach those goals. The evaluators will then come to class to meet with your students, during which time they will administer a short questionnaire and conduct an open discussion to elicit the students’ impressions of the course and to assess your performance.

The evaluators will then analyze the results and meet with you to provide the appropriate feedback. The process is completely voluntarily and confidential. The results will not be shared with any other source. Please contact Matthew Kunkle at 1-7044 for more information.
