Fedor joined McKinsey & Co. just weeks after graduation from the Fox School. He has recently completed a consulting assignment for the largest fixed-line telecom operator in Russia involving assessment of new market opportunities, capabilities building and organizational redesign. Fedor's next project has him heading to Ukraine to develop a strategy for a new retail chain.
