Human Resources Management
Mark Promislo has been appointed to the Human Resource Management Department at the Fox School as an Assistant Professor (Teaching/Instructional). He received his BS in psychology from Tulane University and his MBA in marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated with distinction. He is obtaining his PhD in the department of human resource management at Temple University and has been working for the Fox School as an adjunct instructor since 2007. Professor Promislo has a forthcoming article in the Journal of Business Ethics and has published a refereed conference proceeding in the Academy of Management Annual Meeting. At the 2008 Academy of Management Annual Meeting, he received the award for the Best Paper Proceedings. He has an additional article under review at the Journal of Occupation and Organizational Psychology and at Business Ethics: A European Review. He has given several research and teaching conference presentations. Additionally, he has served as a market research analyst and a professional sales representative for Merck and Co.
