Legal Studies in Business

Mr. James Lammendola, Esquire has been appointed as an Instructor (Practice) of Legal Studies. He received his MA in Middle Eastern history at Temple University and his law degree from the University of Tulsa, College of Law. He was in private practice for 21 years with a concentration in criminal defense, debt collection, and real estate matters. His research interests cover real estate laws, bankruptcy, auctions, and disclosure aspects. He has published in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly and Real Estate Supplement. He has presented at the Tri-State Academy of Legal Studies in Business, Mid-Atlantic Academy of Legal Studies in Business, and the North East Academy of Legal Studies in Business. He coaches students for LSAT examinations, and is also a coach for the Phi Alpha Delta mock trial teams.
