Dr. Crystal Harold

Dr. Crystal Harold has been appointed as an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management. Most recently, she was an assistant professor at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Dr. Harold received her PHD in industrial/organizational psychology from George Mason University. In 2005, she won the American Psychological Association’s Dissertation Award. She has published in the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, Personnel Psychology, and Human Performance. Her research explores recruitment issues in human resource management, applicant-company environment fit, and enhancing overall recruitment utility. Dr. Harold has produced many technical reports on selection, recruitment, and retention for many city and county governments. Dr. Harold was awarded the IUPUI Honors Research Fellows Grant and the Meredith P. Crawford HumRRO Fellowship in I/O Psychology.
