How do I sign up for a free Fox Qualtrics Account?

Qualtrics: Survey Solutions for Success: Qualtrics, with capabilities leaps and bounds above those available in Zoomerang or Survey Monkey, is now the survey design software program offered to all Fox and SHTM employees.  FREE accounts will be made available for all Fox/STHM faculty and staff. See attached directions to activate your free Qualtrics account.
