International Applicants

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS HOLDING DEGREES FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

The International application deadline is March 1st.  Applicants that need additional time to complete the application process should contact their Admissions Counselor to inquire about specific arrangements. Applications will not be reviewed for admission until all required materials have been officially submitted.

For International Applicants:

Official transcripts must be submitted (in English) directly to the Graduate admissions office by all universities previously attended. For international students whose transcripts are non-English, you may expedite this process by submitting original transcripts to a credential evaluating service. Please note, credential evaluations done internally by Temple University can take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.  If you will be using the credential evaluation service offered by Temple University, please allow for additional processing time.

International applicants must satisfy the prerequisites for admission. See “Other Applicants“. The Financial Accounting, Intermediate I and Intermediate II courses must address U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The tax course should address U.S. tax laws. In addition to submitting official transcripts from the universities attended, applicants must provide course descriptions and/or syllabi in English describing the prerequisite course requirements.

For third-party credential evaluation services, Temple University accepts evaluations of transcripts, and diploma and degree certificates from one the following agencies:
