To use the online application system, you must have either a credit card or a bank account to pay the application fee upon submission. The online application fee is $60.
There are two ways to apply electronically to the Doctoral Programs at Fox.

NOTE 1: Apply Yourself allows the uploading of documents, such as recommendations and unofficial transcripts and test scores to the application system. Official transcripts will be required to be sent upon Admission.

If you do not have a credit card or a bank account, then you must complete the paper application form. Click here to access the paper application in PDF format. To prevent delays in processing, please follow the instructions on the application form itself, which is writable.
Note that our fee for processing a paper application is $75 and must be paid in full upon submission of the paper application.
