Explanation of PR/MKTG Office Roles:

The PR/Marketing office will supply professional editing services. They will also facilitate and manage all projects between Fox/STHM departments and Temple's publication's office.

The PR/Marketing office does not have the staff to provide writing services for projects. It is the department's responsibility to identify an annual plan by July 1st of each year that identifies their requested projects for the entire academic year.

Logos and artwork must be submitted in the following formats: .eps, .tif, or .jpeg at 300 dpi resolution. All artwork and logos below 300 dpi will not be accepted.

Important instructions for Time-Sensitive Pieces:

Requests for new pieces must be submitted 8 weeks prior to desired delivery date.

Bound viewbooks and magazines may take up to 16 weeks.

Requests for re-printed materials with minor edits must be submitted 5 weeks prior to desired delivery date.
