Message from the Dean
The Leadership Academy at the Fox School of Business at Temple University presents students with a unique opportunity to explore potential careers in Business/Marketing, Law, Sports Management, and Financial Engineering/Actuarial Science with an emphasis on leadership in each of these fields.
The Academy exposes students to each of these careers from both an academic and experiential perspective. The courses are taught by Temple University faculty, and the hands-on approach of the field trips and workshops add real life experiences to the academic core delivered by the program.
I am excited to share with you some of the exciting offerings from the Leadership Academy at the Fox School:
- The opportunity to develop your leadership and teamwork skills. Academy participants work together in small groups in a project relating to their academic discipline. Projects include a Business Plan Workshop and a Mock Trial Competition.
- Free transferable academic credits.
- Access to the resources of one of the largest, most comprehensive universities in the region.
- The chance to explore potential collegiate and professional careers in business, law, and sports management.
